Lyrics To Love Stays

We wrote "Love Stays" many years ago when our mother passed away. My sister and I were devastated and in such pain. Awilda kept on having dreams with my mother which upset her greatly but in the dream my mother's arms were outstrechted towards Awilda.  At the time Awilda didn't understand the dream but eventually she realized that it meant that one day she would see her again.  That's where the idea of "Love Stays"  came from.  Now it continues to be a universal message and also applies to my brother who passed away three years ago.  We know in our hearts as a certainty, that one day we will see them both again.  This is why "Love Stays" means so much to us because it has helped us heal tremondously.  Hopefully it will do the same for anyone who hears it.
